Our small group circuits are challenging, efficient, high-energy and fun. We combine strength and cardio intervals to help you get stronger, lose weight and move better for LIFE! These sessions are for every level of exerciser as movements can be gracefully progressed and modified within each interval.

We involve TRX trainers, kettlebells, BOSU, stability balls, dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls and our own bodyweight. Each session begins and ends with conscientious focus on core stability, flexibility, mobility and balance training (or, simply put, safety!).
