Gina Puccinelli, Certified Yoga Teacher and Medical Exercise Specialist, utilizes a variety of modalities to help you improve your quality of movement in daily life. She creatively integrates many different low-impact restoration techniques, including breathwork, mindfulness and yoga.

Throughout the class, you will incorporate gentle postural, strength, balance, flexibility and weight-bearing exercises important for building stronger bones and reducing fracture risk.
