Hi, I’m Julie.

My purpose in life is to recognize the powerful, positive force in people and then inspire them to step into it with radical acceptance.

As a WIFE and MOTHER, this means holding space for my family members, honoring each one’s unique journey and creating opportunities for them to discover their own freedom and creativity. 

As a COACH, I teach that when women own their Behaviors, Beliefs and Bodies they feel like powerful - friggin’ - badasses. And when we do, we operate at our highest level of success, vitality and confidence!

And as a WOMAN, I accept the call to be “brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous”. I am here to shine, and give you permission to do the same. 

I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2010 and owner of Atagol Fitness since 2014 - I deeply love my clients and the journey we are on together! 

 
 
 
 
 

Amber Pacheco

Coach Amber is a natural leader, teacher and coach. She lives by a set of values which align closely with our Atagol culture (one of community, support, nurturing and limit-pushing!). She is strongly committed to her own overall wellness and loves to actively learn, study, and further her development!


In her words: "My focus for the last 11 years has been motherhood. I’ve learned the importance of taking care of ourselves while we shape, teach, and nurture our littles. It’s become a priority of mine to focus on my own fitness, nutrition, and wellness. Which helps me be the best person that I can be. Gina Puccinelli

CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER & MEDICAL EXERCISE SPECIALIST

Gina utilizes a variety of modalities to help you improve your quality of movement in daily life. She creatively integrates many different low-impact restoration techniques, including breathwork, mindfulness and yoga.

Throughout her classes, you will incorporate gentle postural, strength, balance, flexibility and weight-bearing exercises important for building stronger bones and reducing fracture risk.
