The Enjoyment Feedback Loop

I had my mind BLOWN

A few months ago during another one of our scrappy pandemic workouts in the park, I learned from one of my brutally honest badass clients that exercise is not actually FUN!!

I mean… WHAT!?!

So, how then (if not for FUN), have nearly 100% of my clients IMPROVED their health through the upheaval of this past year?

Here’s how: she found a quality of *enjoyment* in the process.

The more she enjoyed the sensation of badassery, the more consistent and focused she became, which in turn increased her enjoyment.

Let’s call this the enjoyment feedback loop, shall we?

You don’t have to be totally blissed out to stick to your healthy routines. But you’ve got to appreciate it a hair above neutral in order to keep going.

Look for the easy positives…. And then sit back and watch easeful momentum totally take over your life.
