Group Fitness
You are unique. And you love a little healthy competition.
Our small group sessions are challenging, efficient, high-energy and fun. Our circuit classes combine functional strength training with high intensity intervals to help you get stronger, lose weight and move better for LIFE! These classes (as well as our Bone Builders classes) are for most levels of exercisers as movements can be gracefully progressed and modified within each interval.
Private Training

Work directly with a personal trainer to become a stronger, more intelligent mover!
We will meet you exactly where you are on any given day, customize an appropriate program, and provide you with the tools, resources and strategies to help you meet YOUR unique fitness goals. Then we will challenge and support you every step of the way!
Wellness Coaching
Step into TOTAL badassery by mastering the health habits that are inextricably linked to your whole person wellness. Imagine being guided by a certified wellness coach to clearly define how you want to feel - and create your personal system for maintaining this feeling. Our 12-week program integrates the three wellness pillars: body, beliefs and behaviors. We investigate and prioritize practices related to movement, nutrition, mental/emotional well-being, and recovery & regeneration.
